Probably because I experienced bullying as a child, I’ve got a very thick skin when it comes to online trolls and detractors. But there are still things that I know get to me and are a huge drain on my energy – like every time I get involved in verbal sparring with an anti-vaxxer. It’s better to just steer clear and not even leave the door open to the possibly of getting derailed.
